COST CONTROL TEMPLATE - We completely take the gueswork out of pricing for carpet cleaning by giving you total control. Far more than just an estimate, our cost control template offers you a variety of job costing options.

It's taken us over 10 years to develop an easy-to-use template for facility managers. Now you can simply plug room sizes in to our Cost Control Template and select from one of four levels of services (packages).

First, your facility is measured for carpeted and tiled areas.

Next, you choose a level of service that you want.

Finally, you select or de-select the areas you want cleaned this time.

Your square footage and qualifying discount is instantly calculated and then your price is displayed. It's that easy.

If you're not happy with the price, you can "take the quote apart" by looking at the discount and calculations sheet. There, you'll see our rate chart for each service offered and the square footage breaks. You can easily adjust your square footages and levels of service to obtain the optimal discount and match your budget/quality requirements!

When you use our Cost Control Template:

• You will see our per square foot pricing in writing. On Site is the only company in the area that publishes their pricing information for all to see. You will have no surprises, period.
• You will also see how our sliding discount rate system works. You control the discount you receive by selecting the areas you want cleaned. The more square feet, the more discount you get.
• Complete control over the quality of the job. Some areas are more soiled than others. You choose the level of service that's needed. Of course we'll give you our thoughts on which options would give you the best results. More intensive options are more costly. This is one variable that affects cost. By giving you control, the bottom line is in your hands!
• You Get A FREE Carpet Audit. We'll measure all the carpeted areas of your property first and inventory them on your Cost Control Template. We'll also give you a report on the condition and practical wear life of the carpet. Then you will get a free copy of the filled-in template for you to play with until the numbers and service level match your budget requirements and practical cleaning needs. We'll teach you how to use your template to get the results you want.
